BeeTagg Server

The BeeTagg System is a Client-Server-System which means that every click on a BeeTagg Code is being analysed, verified and accordingly processed by a server application.

The BeeTagg Server basically overtakes the following tasks:

  • Code Resolution (allocation from a code to a resource)
  • Code Generation
  • Security
  • Load Sharing
  • User Management
  • Device Management
  • Statistics
  • Reader Distribution

The BeeTagg thus deals with essential meta-services without which the web based applications of today would not be possible.

The ultimate resource or web application, however, is in most cases at the customer’s. There are no application based data whatsoever being transmitted over the BeeTagg.

Thus, by using the BeeTagg System, you can realise applications that meet today’s expectations of performance and security.

Due to security reasons, the BeeTagg does not have any information on the application or on any personal data contained.
This data is added only on the server site after corresponding security check ups and then forwarded to the respective customer system (application).

The amount of addressable resources is –practically seen- infinite. Despite this, the locating of a dedicated resource runs as quick as a flash. This is due to the fact that BeeTagg uses a hierarchic data model which offers small distances to the data in demand, even if the field of addresses is gigantic.

There are about 10^34 BeeTaggs: 10.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000

This means that every living human being has about 1.730.765.619.511.609.209.510.165 BeeTaggs on his hand.

The basic services of the BeeTagg Server are accessible through several APIs and thus can be used by client-specific BeeTagg applications in a simple way.
