Today we announce a new feature called Programmable Codes.

If you ever wanted to redirect a user with an iPhone to a different URL than a user with an Android phone, then Programmable Codes may be the right solution for you.

Generically speaking, if the final target URL depends on environment variables and you need the highest flexibility to build the URL based on these environment variables, then you should use Programmable Codes.

Environment variables are, for instance the device’s operating system, the user’s language, time, the city from which the scan came, etc.
